Happy new month loves😍. Hope this recipe does it for you. Not your average breakfast cereal but trust me so worth it. Simple yet so tasty.

Ingredients
2 tablespoons sugar.
2tablespoons of oil.
1 cup all purpose flour.
1 tablespoon baking powder.
1/2 tablespoon baking soda.
1 cup whole milk.
Preparation
- In a bowl, add 1 cup flour, baking powder and baking soda and give it a gentle mix.
- Add sugar, oil, milk and mix well until the sugar is completely dissolved.
Method
- Heat a pan on medium flame then grease the pan with oil.
- Pour the pancake mix to the pan with the help of a teaspoon (coin size).
- Cook for 2-3 minutes then flip and then let it cook for a few seconds.
- Repeat this process for the remaining pancake mix.
- Serve in a bowl with frozen bananas and maple syrup or chocolate or yogurt as I did.
